Cultivating A grade people to join a business is common sense but Caloundra RealWay principal, Russell Smith deserves the gong for persisitence.

James Reynolds has joined the sales team at the RealWay Caloundra office. He was originally at the RealWay office at Buderim with Gary Cant from 2002 before leaving to work at First National Caloundra where he worked in sales. Russell  tells me he has been trying to get James to join his team for almost 10 years. “We touched base over the years and I like the way James did business and his integrity and honesty,” Russell said. He also said James was well-liked in the community and his personality was a perfect fit to join Darren Ide and Debra Hyde on the sales team.

Caloundra market showing some positives

Russell says there were five sales contracts written up in May which was a lift from the previous month and as we come to the end of June eight properties are under contract. So there is a a “bit of positivity and a few of the better agents have had a good June”. Long may it last.
